SEC uncovers early CBS broadcast plan, Alabama-Georgia in prime time

CBS reported generally 50% of its Southeastern Conference football broadcast plan on Tuesday for a 10-game standard season that will comprise exclusively of group games.

The network will open by demonstrating the Mississippi State at LSU game on Sept. 26 and follow that with Texas A&M at Alabama on Oct. 3. Every one of those challenges will commence at 3:30 p.m. Eastern.

CBS has one prime time broadcast each season and will utilize that on Oct. 17, when Georgia visits Alabama.

Different games announced Tuesday incorporate LSU at Auburn on Oct. 31, Florida versus Georgia in Jacksonville on Nov. 7, and Alabama at LSU on Nov. 14. The Alabama-LSU standoff will begin at 6 p.m. Eastern, and it will follow the system’s inclusion of the third round of The Masters golf competition.

The SEC title game on Dec. 19 makes some opening shot memories that presently can’t seem to be resolved.
